Welcome to Tar Med! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tar Med mobile application and related services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Tar Med.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Roles

Tar Med facilitates connections between:

• Senders: Users who post delivery requests.
• Travelers: Users who accept to deliver parcels along their travel routes.

Tar Med does not directly deliver parcels and is not responsible for the condition or content of items exchanged.

3. User Responsibilities

• Do not send or transport illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items.
• Comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Respect other users and communicate honestly and respectfully.
• Travelers must take reasonable care of parcels they agree to transport.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed via secure third-party providers. Tar Med may charge service fees or commissions, which will be clearly disclosed before confirming a delivery.

5. Ratings and Reviews

Users may rate and review each other after a completed delivery. You agree to leave honest, respectful feedback and not engage in any form of review manipulation.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tar Med is a facilitator and does not assume responsibility for the safety, condition, or delivery of parcels. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tar Med, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes implies your acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway
